  Dr. Ortega did my filling, cleaning, and extracted my upper two wisdom teeth. Needless to say it was a seamless and calming experience. I was slightly nervous in the beginning as I have never been through any of the procedures or even had anesthetic before. Dr. Ortega made sure to let me know that I was in good hands and helped me stay calm. I did not feel a thing when I received the anesthetic!!!! It was actually quite fun. Even if there was a slight pinch Dr. Ortega walked me through the entire procedure to let me know what exact sensation I was going to feel. As well as with the extraction of the wisdom teeth she made sure I knew that there may be slight pressure and I may feel slight pulling. I loved this as I knew exactly what to expect, being that I was a first timer. The extractions were done so smoothly that both were out within 5 MINUTES !!!!! I did not feel any pain and in fact I was so consumed by Dr. Ortega’s conversation and the views outside the windows of the office that I did not even know the teeth had been pulled out !!!! I can go on and on about the pleasant experience that I had, but what I felt in the end was that I was taken care of and that Dr. Ortega genuinely cares about the health of my teeth. It can be seen with the extra steps that she takes to make sure I was taken care of in every aspect whether it be with the technique of the procedures themselves or the atmosphere of the office with the scenic views and calming scents. She's amazing!
